1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by BoldStone Herriman Landscapers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
BoldStone Herriman Landscapers provides professional landscaping services including but not limited to lawn care, landscape design and installation, hardscaping, irrigation systems, tree trimming, sod installation, outdoor lighting, drainage solutions, yard cleanups, commercial landscaping, mulching, and artificial turf installation. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.
3. Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if additional work is required or if site conditions differ from initial assessment. We will inform you of any significant price changes before proceeding with additional work. Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
4. Scheduling and Cancellations
We will work with you to schedule services at a mutually convenient time. If you need to reschedule or cancel a service, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Property Access and Preparation
You agree to provide clear access to the work areas and to secure any pets during service visits. You are responsible for marking any underground utilities, sprinkler lines, or other hidden obstacles before work begins. We are not responsible for damage to unmarked utilities or features.
6. Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Plant materials typically carry a 30-day warranty from the date of installation, provided you follow our care instructions. Hardscape installations are warranted against defects in workmanship for one year. These warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, improper maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take great care in performing our services, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations.
8. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. For ongoing maintenance contracts, payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement.
9. Modifications to Services
If you request changes to the agreed-upon scope of work, we will provide a revised estimate for your approval before proceeding. Additional work may affect scheduling and final pricing.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue promptly. We are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and professional manner.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
